From 2 – 4, fill your ears with the Freewheelin’ Folk music of Katherine Liccardo and Matt Consul, performing live on a variety of strings. The concert is by donation; we suggest $20 / person, but we appreciate whatever you can contribute; see full description below.
Find a seat at one our beautiful tables under the farm’s big tent. Tables seat from 4 – 10 people, so find a place that suits your mood. Want to meet new friends? Join a big table! Want to focus on your own group? There’s plenty of smaller tables, in a variety of sizes and shapes.
The luncheon sarts with beautifully tantalizing Pepper Poppers (shown above!) to put you in that tropical mood… Red and yellow mini peppers are filled with diced mango, cucumber, tomato, scallions, cilantro; dressed with maple syrup and lemon; then topped with a dash of tajin.
Once the appetizers have disappeared (!), tables will be refreshed with a Vietnamese-Style Tomato Salad: A delicious salad with fresh tomatoes from Andrews Farm, shallots, onion, and cilantro, dressed with a garlic and lime dressing. Note: this does contain fish sauce, but we will have a some prepared vegan/vegetarian as well.
Ready for the serious eats? Introduce yourself to Chef Morgan, and she’ll prepare your own personal Bahn Mi Bowl: Basmati rice with carrot, radish, cucumber, scallions, pickled cabbage, cilantro, mint, and basil topped with our delicious sweet and tangy sesame ginger pulled pork or tofu.

Join husband-and-wife duo Katherine Liccardo & Matt Consul for an unforgettable afternoon of music that dances between traditional & original Celtic tunes, original songs, Brazilian choro, Bach, and more!
Katherine and Matt met playing classical string quartets in the woods of Blue Hill, Maine and have enjoyed a diverse musical journey together over the past 11 years. Matt plays viola with the Portland Symphony and is a teaching artist for the Symphony’s Explorers Program which integrates classical music into Portland Public Schools. Katherine is the associate director of the Vigorous Tenderness concert series and has a full studio of violin and viola students spanning from Maine to Australia. Together, they play with Shelter Music Maine, an organization that brings classical music to homeless shelters and other sheltering environments throughout Maine. Your donation to Katherine & Matt helps to keep them spreading music to ALL!
